Observation report 22 July: The Great Hercules Print E-mail
Written by Gaj Tomaš

Messier 13 - Hercules  Due to the inappropriate conditions while trying to capture nebulae and galaxies above us (neighbours arguing, light pollution and being surrounded by small houses) we decided to go for the safe deal. Something that looks quite effective when captured well. The globular cluster in Hercules, Messier 13, indeed looks awe-inspiring through an 8" telescope, and this is how it looks when photographed with Canon 300D over it. Click to enlarge.
